Wine and Dine In The Dark.
Join Copper and Spices and Wine and Dine in the Dark. The customers do not see the food they are eating. The basic concept is that the removal of vision enhances the other senses and increases the gastronomic pleasure.
Customers are blindfolded and then served a multi-course menu using only food produced in the Boyne Valley paired with Wines Direct wines, while a representative from Wines Direct talks them through the food and wine. If finding your fork is proving too difficult, eating with your fingers is encouraged!
Cost of participating: ∈ 35.00 to include Prosecco Wine and Food. A donation will be made to FIghting Blindess.
How to Book: Directly with Copper and Spices 0469060648
