Edmonds Mistress. A gin I had in Amsterdam, in an amazing bar called 5&33. Sir Edmonds Gin, served with cardamom and lemon. Very refreshing.
The taste of this gin, is very different. On the nose there is definitely vanilla flavoring but that disappears on the palate. It was served with some cardamom, I think it definitely could go a little hotter and I would pair it with a sliced chili. Really enjoyed this.
