Best Blogs of 2015

2015 was an incredible year for me for so many reasons. Firstly I got some great news, health wise, so I guess i’ll be around for another while. I also met some amazing people, new clients and of course ate out in some amazing places. I also learned a lot, especially about Social Media.

I always write my blog truthfully. Not everyone will agree with it, and thats fine. Over 2015 I might have upset one or two people, not intentionally I can assure you. Buy hey life is to short to worry about things like this, I mean after all, who am I?           Carmel Corrigan.

I started 2015 off with a bang and treated myself and my husband to a night away in the Westbury Hotel with afternoon tea.

In March I met up with some friends and we went to Scholars Hotel Drogheda. Another fantastic meal and stay over.

From May to September I took on a massive contract for The Boyne Valley Food Series. It was such a fun task and I loved every minute working with such a great bunch of people. I organised 4 bloggers to help with the events and  we had a great time. Those 5 months took up a lot of time, I learned loads and met some incredible people. Im looking forward to whats in store this year. I wrote a piece on why you should use Social Media

June wasn’t a great month with 2 really bad Italian meals out. But we wont dwell on that. But I went on a  Food Safari in The Boyne Valley, and that was just amazing.

In July I had one of my best meals this year, Lunch at The Happy Pear. You can read it here.
