We have heard so much about Ariel House. It was time for us to visit. 2 nights away with my husband. I couldn’t wait.
We arrived on time for our reservation. Greeted by Deirdre with a very friendly smile. Very efficent check in and shown to our room. We were up graded to a Junior Suite. Thank you. The room was amazing. Lovely Four Poster bed, massive bathroom and lots of room for our luggage. Beautiful Waterford crystal chandeliers.
The small touches really are very important. A nice card and tea and coffee with treats awaited us. How cute are the cups?
Fresh water, tea coffee and treats are available for all guests in the Victorian lobby. Sitting here beside this piano and enjoying a lovely afternoon with my husband. Nothing is ever to much for the staff here. Nitin declared that the scones were the best he has ever tasted.
The next morning a newspaper was sitting outside our bedroom door. (Again the small touches)
Breakfast was flawless. No queueing at a buffet. An extensive breakfast menu. Loads of options for everyone. I decided to try the Veggie breakfast. Ariel House pride themselves on local and fresh. It really was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. The orange juice was amazing.
We really did have a great stay and we are both looking forward to visiting again very soon.
Thank you Deirdre and team for a lovely break away and for the complimentary bread that I got to bring home.
Looks like a beautiful place.
